Stay safe first
Before you call us, keep clear.
A fallen tree can be hiding something worse than the tree. These steps come from Energex and the SES, and they come before anything else.
Someone hurt, or in danger? Call 000 first.
- Fallen power lines, or a tree touching a line: stay at least 10 metres away, treat the lines as live and call 000 or Energex on 13 19 62.
- Don’t touch, climb or cut a tree that is on or near a power line.
- A tree has fallen on your house and caused structural damage, or is blocking access, but nobody is in danger: call the SES on 132 500.
- Power out? Energex on 13 62 62.
- Then call Andrew on 0431 732 028 and tell us where the tree is, how big it is and what it’s resting on or near.
What we do
The tree made safe, the mess cleared.
Emergency call-outs include storm damage and trees on power lines. We bring the gear the job needs, and clear everything away when we’re done.
- Fallen trees and broken limbs cleared off fences, yards and driveways
- A look at storm damage high in a tree from the air, with Andrew’s drone, when it can’t be judged from the ground
- Trees and palms taken down before a storm arrives, when you’d rather not wait
- Heavy sections lifted out by crane truck, with the crew working from an elevated work platform where needed
- Branches chipped on site and every bit of green waste taken away
- Council approval sorted for you if the tree needs it

When it counts
Short notice, no fuss.
Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred brought trees down across Redlands Coast in March 2025, some on powerlines. Here’s what customers said.
“Had Andrew & his team turn up on short notice (within an 1hr) for a Palm that I wanted cut down before Cyclone Alfred arrived. Andrew showed up & had the tree down in no time.”
“Andrew and crew answered my call promptly and attended my property as arranged and finished the job in no time.”
“TreeProbNoProb completed a disciplined example of safe working...Right equipment...Right attitude...Right training.”

Do you do emergency call-outs?
Yes, 24/7, including storm damage and trees on power lines. Call 0431 732 028 and tell us what has happened.
A tree is on or near a power line. What do I do?
Stay at least 10 metres away, treat any fallen lines as live and call 000 or Energex on 13 19 62. Don’t touch the tree or try to cut it. If a tree is close to a line but hasn’t come down, Energex or a qualified arborist is who to call, and that’s us too.
A tree has landed on my house. Who do I call?
If anyone is in danger, 000. For storm damage that isn’t life-threatening, the SES can help on 132 500. For permanent repairs the SES says to contact your insurer or a private contractor. We can deal with the tree itself: call 0431 732 028.
How soon can you get here?
Same-day service is available. One customer wrote that we turned up within the hour before Cyclone Alfred. Call and we’ll tell you how soon we can be there.
Do I need council approval for an emergency removal?
Council says approval is generally needed to remove an unsafe tree, unless there is an imminent risk of serious injury or damage to infrastructure, and it suggests taking photos of the tree and its surroundings first. We’ll tell you what applies and can handle the approval. See our council rules guide.
What if the tree is on the footpath or council land?
Trees on footpaths and council land belong to Council, so don’t prune or cut them. Contact Council on (07) 3829 8999.
